Help needed on SC4

If I'm not mistaken, it organizes your plugins folder and makes sure you dont have any duplicates and uneccesary files, and this makes the game run much faster. I've seen it and I wasnt sure if it works, but now I'll give it a try.

hey mitsos, where'd you find that program? i cant find it anywhere.

It’s really amazing guys. Before that program I was waiting about 10 min to get into a city and now about 10 sec. it compresses the plug-in folder. I have a 5 GB plug-in and now I feel like there is nothing in there. Absolutely brilliant. Read carefully the read me file before you proceed. I was trying for two days to make it work correctly. OK thanks! But I only have about 540 MB plug-in, so I dont think it makes a difference lol

no problem just make a copy of your plugings just in case.

ok more issues.... my equestrian stadium from my simlympic bid needs to sucomb to the wrecking ball, but I cant delete it.... I've hit it with lightning, changed the terrain, dropped a metor on it.... and it still stands!!!!

Mine too.....just delete it from your plug-in folder

usually thats caused by it being in the game but not in the plugin's folder in some cases this happens also when certain lots are changed in my case I have a couple Airort Terminals that are permanantly there (or for the time being that is)

i have the same problem, cept its the grande amphitheater(the old one, not the one in the olympic complex). what i do is just photoshop over it to cover it up, or in the game i would just add extra long trees or buildings. i tried to delete it from the plugins and just about everything.

but the worst part is that the base texture turned blueish black, so it made Chihiro look like it had a black hole lol.

Dose anyone no were i can find snow? Iv looked everywhere but i cant seem to find any

there's a few snow mods out there peg had one I've just been adding snow to my scenes with GIMP I usually use a white with a hint of blue and paint it all white

I believe the Mods section of ST have a snow mod as well

i don't have a clue. But the other day snow appeared in the game after 4 years of game play. i can't explain it.

did u play during Christmas day? Its snows in SC if u play on Dec 25 as a Easter Egg from Maxis. I think u can change the date of your computer to December 25 and it will prolly snow again, as long as the date on your computer reads Dec 25, but I'm not sure if this works

nah, I tried to do what I said but SC is too smart for that lol, I changed the date to Christmas, but it didnt snow, it only works on the real December 25

lol just DL the two packs I suggested they work greatly I'm using them as we speak to get pics for my York Winter Games Bid

I use the Artic Terrain and snow capped one as well as th ePeg one together and haven't had any problems in fact for ease I put them in a folder labeled ZZZ_Winter

I got a problem with my SC4 Game: When I open the game and gets on my region, I try to open my Downtown (The only city I've started with a name, habitants and civilisation), It close my game! I need to re-open it and when I try again, same result! After, I try to open a New City. It worked but the Terraform was ^ very high for nothing...

Can you help me please???????

hmmmm....maybe its a glitch during installation or maybe a new BAT/mod that you installed. My advice would be to reinstall the game, if that doesnt work, then take out the recent newly installed bats/custom lots/mods. Hope I helped
