It can't be Chicago cuz the rules says "no capitals".

Sorry for my poor knowledge of the US but, I'm guessing Buffalo, NY. That's the other city I know that it is within the Great Lakes region.

I think in all fairness I'll switch this to a world edition since we do have more internationals around here,
for clarification I may use Capitals they just won't all be Capitals as that'd limit me

oh and Aranaho the great lakes region is home to alot of major cities Chicago,Buffalo,Detroit, Toronto,Cleveland,Milwaulkee just to name a few Wink
